Welcome To Madeley Community Orchard

In the beginning.....

Madeley Community Orchard started its life with Madeley United Charities approaching Madeley Parish Council to see if they could better utilise a half acre of unloved waste ground they owned off Mill Lane, Madeley. This was at the end of 2002.
The idea of a Community Orchard was developed so the local community and Madeley Parish Council could take an active role in promoting healthy eating especially on Sutton Hill.

Madeley Community Orchard Opening Hours The gate is open from 10am until 5pm (3pm during winter) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays or by arrangement.
